Hello, I noticed the following on my house today (6 years old). Is this mold? Does it need to be removed?

Close-up of a damaged concrete foundation: peeling plaster, cracks, and gravel on the ground.

Corner exterior wall with rough white plaster, black door frame, and gray paving stones.

Correct. I'm not complaining, you little stinkers I just want to have a rough idea of what's going on before digging. If it's a bigger job, I'll get ahmedprofi.

And if you need more money = the Serbian mafia 8-)

One more question, how can you smell something behind the monitor ?!

Your house currently looks like a rundown shack.

The water is definitely coming from the damaged roof

That looks absolutely disastrous!
The question shouldn’t be “Does the mold need to be removed,” but rather “Does the house need to be demolished?”

I wouldn’t even feel safe stepping outside anymore, but to each their own.

More likely from the leaking slab foundation
