Good evening,
since I have already seen several development plans, I am wondering what the “Z” might mean!?

Detailed development plan: parcels, buildings, streets; playground and zone values WA, GRZ, GFZ.

WA – general residential area OK
I – single-story construction OK
o – open building layout OK
site coverage ratio – 0.3 OK
floor area ratio – 0.5 OK

but what does “Z” mean – ?

No, unfortunately, I don’t have the legend for the development plan at hand
and there is nothing about it in the zoning regulations either.

City map with red building zones, yellow streets, green park area and traffic routes.

But I don’t know either. There’s also nothing about Z on the internet.
That’s right. I haven’t found anything online either.

Spekulatius: Maybe the "Z" – similar to the floor space index and plot ratio – refers to the value "o" next to it indicating open construction and is meant to specify the permitted type of development?
I doubt that. Take a closer look at the other templates in the zoning plan.

My initial thought was that the Z might refer to "close to the center," since this area is quite central within the town. However, that wouldn't make much sense, and if it did, why would it be included in the template?

I don't really think so. Have a look at the other building envelopes in the development plan.

Who do you mean by "you"?

No, something like that doesn’t belong in a development plan. From an adjectival perspective, it’s very subjective.

I believe Z is the designation for the building area, used to identify the affected site in the textual regulations.
However, this theory assumes it is a fairly extensive development plan; logically, it would start with A.

Well, for the planned career change to a building mogul, Mr. Trump Jr. still lacks a lot of the necessary skills and experience.

My tip: "Z" = construction method, "o" = open
