A multi-family house is planned to be built. The plot of land has been purchased (601m² (6467 sq ft)). The existing building with outbuildings is being demolished.
Since I want to finalize the planning for this project now, I would appreciate any last suggestions regarding the room layouts of the residential units. In my opinion, the building potential of the plot is fully utilized. If not, what else could be done?

I see it differently because §14 refers to "facilities" related to the points mentioned in §§2-13. Secondary facilities are then introduced in §14, and in my opinion, only those specified there are excluded in §19.

The only issue was that it didn’t have an elevator. One street over, the neighborhood can look very different. The zoning plan is no longer applicable here, but I recall there was only one row of buildings along the street that was not extended further west—except for your row of houses.
But honestly, I wouldn’t mind: I would be annoyed if four balcony units looked directly onto my terrace, and that is exactly what zoning plans are for—to protect personal privacy rights.

I took a look at the plot on Google Maps and couldn’t help but smile: quite a lot of construction has taken place in the meantime.
There’s even a supermarket opposite now, and the open field I mentioned has obviously been built on in the meantime... Yes, how old plans can be misleading.
