We liked the picket fence; it was quite affordable.

We did that as well, and I get really excited every time I see our fence! I would definitely do it the same way again.

For the renovation, we also chose wood again, but not picket fencing. We really like it, and it suits the older building better.

Fences are for the timid. Brave Vikings live without fences, all about freedom.

Our fence has been stored in the garage since April. First, the birds were nesting, then it was too hot, then we created a new garden section, and now it’s too muddy to access. Soon the birds will be nesting again.

@hampshire looks great. I only know Permahochbeet in a round shape, with compost in the center and stones tightly packed around the outside.
