Hello,

by now there are quite a few different household appliances for cleaning floors, such as robotic mops, electric wet mops, and steam cleaners. Do you use any of these, or do you simply use a bucket with a mop?

Best regards,
Sabine

Does anyone know this problem?
It doesn’t happen to us. I just find that it doesn’t have much power with the floor nozzle. I often need to go over larger chunks/crumbs/etc. several times before they get sucked up.

Does anyone happen to have this steam vacuum, the Kärcher Steam Vacuum SV7?

No, just normal crumbs, dust, hair, the usual stuff.
That shouldn’t happen. The airflow enters the container already in the cyclone, and coarse particles are separated immediately and don’t get carried further up. Those at the top are cyclones for finer dust. Coarse material shouldn’t be there.

floor nozzle = motorized brush?

There is also a tuning video on YouTube where the motorized brush is modified to improve suction… but it clogs quite quickly with large debris, so it’s probably a double-edged sword.

Tuning sounds interesting, I’ll take a look.
