Hello,
we are also in the middle of planning the floor layout.
I just moved everything around playfully. I’m not saying this is the optimal solution, but sometimes a completely new perspective can help inspire your own ideas. Would it be an option to place the door outside and in front of the staircase?
Then, upon entering: the sink and straight ahead the shower. Depending on the shower design (wall/glass), this would allow natural light from two window directions at the shower. The toilet could then be positioned against the wall below. And the bathtub next to it. This way, the toilet is in a corner, and you can create privacy through the shower or bathtub—the window would still be nearby.
Best regards!

Somehow, I’m not completely satisfied with it, but I can’t really find a consensus myself either.
I would be very grateful for any ideas and suggestions. You want a wide double sink, a large shower separate from a bathtub, and also a toilet in the bathroom. On top of that, it should look good and be functional. Of course, you won’t reach a consensus on this. The bathroom is simply too small for your desired features. With some compromises, it can still turn out really well.
