Inspired by other "picture threads," I think it would be great if you could share photos of your wood-burning stoves, preferably with comments or notes, as we are still looking for ideas.

I really like the stoves by Focus, but they exceed our budget.

I also like stoves that allow you to see the fire from three sides.

@ypg Google Armchair Valentine

These are "budget chairs" and should have been replaced a long time ago. However, we like them so much now that they probably won’t be replaced anytime soon.
The colors are anthracite and red. Neither is available anymore. We also had the light gray version here, but it unfortunately has a very shiny silver finish. We only paid about €60 (around $65) per chair during a special offer.
They are extremely comfortable. The frame is made of solid powder-coated metal. The cushioning is foam and matches the price. You should keep in mind that the chairs are very wide.
Good luck with the info

Thanks a lot.
By the way, we have expensive Kare chairs that after 5 years are now falling apart in the upholstery (artificial leather). I searched over 4 years for the right chairs back then. You can imagine that I’m not very happy about this.

Is it not worth having them reupholstered?

...that will be more expensive than getting new seats.
The chairs have three seams on the side, designed to look like two separate cushions.
And honestly: then I’d rather enjoy a different piece of furniture again.

Our space for the wood-burning stove is still "empty." To be more precise, there is currently a cabinet in that spot. That’s why this topic is especially interesting to me. Since we have already grown quite used to the look, the stove could actually be about the same size as that cabinet. Is there anyone who has recently installed a tile-clad wood-burning stove? We are leaning toward that option but are still undecided. We are currently focusing on the Este 6H from Hein-Keramik. Best regards, Steffi

Personally, I would prefer something more subtle; the room already looks quite crowded.
