I couldn’t find anything using the search function, so I’m asking the forum whether it is allowed to post complete offers here in an anonymized form. I was inspired to ask by another forum member’s question. If I remember correctly, I haven’t signed any agreement stating that the offer may not be published.

From my point of view, this would be helpful for many home builders because it would make it easier for them, among other things, to identify gaps.

To my knowledge, specifications of works are protected by copyright because of their creative level, whereas simple quotations are not.

You can also simply ask beforehand.

If you want to know whether the prices are reasonable, you can simply request multiple quotes—that’s the easiest way to compare.

For me, it was less about the prices and more about comparing what might have been omitted in which offer or construction specification.

That's true, that is also possible. However, I have already had our preferred offer reviewed by a professional for a fee.
