Hello everyone,
this thread is meant to be a bit more positive .
I’ll start: these are things I would definitely do again:
- Brick facade (but only a fully colored one)
- Clay brick
- Two stories
- Controlled residential ventilation system
- Smart home
- Minimum clear ceiling height of 2.60m (8.5 feet)
- Large windows
- Open-plan design
What about you?
Best regards

Right, Yvonne?Caveman just signed up here. No toilet bowl, no urinal!
I haven’t given up hope yet... I don’t want to go without it anymore... and urinal... that’s not the right connection.
Men should rather practice marking their floor plans in the snow... I bet none of them can do that.

ludwig88sta16 Dec 2019 16:53Just a quick question for all double washbasin owners: if you were to build a bathroom again today, would you choose to go without a double washbasin?
From what I’ve seen in quite a few family homes, usually only one of the two washbasins is actually used.
Hopefully, I’m not in the wrong thread here. There’s no “What would you give up?” thread, right?

Hopefully, I’m not in the wrong thread. There isn’t a "What would you give up?" thread, is there? Definitely not. A double sink is a must for hygiene reasons. I go crazy if my wife uses my sink . Same the other way around...Similar topics
