It would be great if some of you could share pictures of your terraces. With so many options available, it can be difficult to make a decision.

What materials and colors did you choose, and why? What has your experience been like after 5 years or more? How large is your terrace? What did you pay for it? Have you incorporated any features such as umbrella stands, raised garden beds, or similar elements? Did you do the work yourselves? Do you know any reliable suppliers for materials that you would recommend? What would you do differently next time?

There are surely many other homeowners who would appreciate photos and tips. Thanks in advance!

Man, man, man... what kind of tradespeople are these? Are they disappearing into nowhere starting next week before winter sets in?!
You’ve already been living in the house for 4?… 5? years, and now you want to panic?

I don’t know how it is where you are, but tradespeople are scarce and fully booked here. We were glad to secure the quote and the scheduled work date this year. It shouldn’t fail now because of those stupid panels.

Too bad, it’s too thick for me. Otherwise, I totally agree with you. Do you happen to have an extra 50m² (538 sq ft)?
You’re quite greedy though.

The "stupid boards" apparently play a bigger role for me than they do for you.

By the way, we have now decided on the "Flairstone Sand 60x60" from Hornbach. Immediately available.

Beige, textured background with a subtle pattern, reminiscent of old paper.

To be honest, the selection was just not that large anymore. There was a nice one from OBI as well, but it was more than twice the price. That was too much for me. I guess I’m not as picky as @ypg Yvonne.

That works. People walk over it anyway.
