Hello,

is it necessary to replace these damaged bricks?

Absolutely, definitely!

Where would we end up if you were to strip off the wallpaper and plaster later and then see these damaged bricks?!

This is just crazy, such immense material defects!

Sure, replace it. Please also rebuild the entire wall afterwards as a single unit from one solid block. I see that many small stones were used (like Lego). There are numerous gaps in between. *Irony off*

I completely agree.

Due to the cracks, the house will probably collapse if someone just leans briefly against the wall.

Call building inspection immediately and file a complaint.
