PS: I would always use one of those with a phone holder on top if there’s no windowsill nearby.

Isn’t that from Aldi? I think it’s under €5 (about $5.50).

It is either from Wenko for 20€ or from Aldi for less than 5€ – same manufacturer, different prices depending on the distribution channel.

This is just an example of how inflated prices can be in specialist stores.

The inspiration should be that you don’t necessarily need a soap dispenser from the same series, just like you don’t always need a spare roll holder or even a toilet paper holder. It really depends on the situation.
If there is space, you can use a basket for spare rolls as well as towels.
The roll itself can easily be placed on a shelf. Small towels go into the basket after use, others hang on a hook.
Just rethink the routines a bit and don’t get inspired by 90s catalogs. Otherwise, Aldi had offers just last week.
