ᐅ Privacy screening – which tree is suitable?

we would like to have a bit more privacy towards the neighbor, specifically concerning their window on the first floor. Which tree grows more upwards than outwards, and preferably grows quickly?

Fast growing and provides privacy: Willow (grows tall!), bamboo (install rhizome barrier)
Slower growing but dense and private all year round: Beech.

Which height? We have standard stem flowering quince espalier... Evergreen, great colors, but expensive.

Bamboo just has to match the house; I usually don’t really like it.
