The moving date has just been confirmed. It will be in either the first or second week of July. Today, the ceilings are being plastered.
Otherwise, everything has been finalized with the plumber, tiler, and parquet installer. The painters have also received their instructions.
This means the construction period will be exactly 9 months.
My construction coordinator is still trying to find a good landscaping contractor for the outdoor area. One declined, the other hasn’t said no yet. We are curious.
In other words, it’s the final sprint now.
The house without L-beams/modeling, without a carport but including waste disposal, architect, insurance, energy consultant, construction supervision, utility connections, painters, and all flooring will cost around €388,000. Essentially, the bare house as a fully finished, move-in ready property.

However, we had an almost three-month construction halt due to that dreadful notary.
This means that if everything had gone smoothly (like on the construction site), we would be moving in right now, or would have just moved in.
In any case, the apartment lease has already been terminated as of July 31. So, we need to be in the new house by then!

Tina mit K3 May 2019 14:22Excavators are out of the picture for now. Next week, the surveyor will come to mark the pile locations for the pile foundation, which is scheduled to take place in calendar week 21.
