Both neighbors have aerated concrete blocks, and the windows could be retrofitted or enlarged afterwards.

Both neighbors have Y-ton (a type of lightweight concrete), and windows could be cut in or enlarged afterward. I'm curious to see how they will handle this with calcium silicate bricks…
