The entrance is the gray door beneath the balcony.
Admittedly, the staircase is a bit rough. The free program I’m currently using to work out my ideas simply doesn’t offer more.

The house price does not match the concept. Instead of 300,000, you are more likely to be around 500,000. The house is very large.

Not achievable at this price even with timber frame construction? Possibly feasible with own labor? If so, which tasks?

I understand the staircase – but apparently the mind behind these free ideas does not. And my mind wonders why someone would use a 3D planning tool if they still don’t recognize the fundamental non-functionality of the staircase. The fact that it opens directly into the living room almost seems like a minor issue in comparison.

What is supposed to be done in practice?

Going from the storage area to the workshop seems backwards to me.

As a painted wishlist for Katja, the plan might be suitable; the rooms will usually still work, albeit with a size reduction appropriate to the budget. ;-)
