ᐅ Which light bulbs to use – only LEDs or others as well?

Hello,
I bought a pendant lamp for the dining table with 5 sockets (the 5 cords are wrapped around a branch).
The technical specifications are attached.
Now I want to buy light bulbs for it.
We had a problem with LED bulbs and our dimmer in the past. That means LED bulbs don’t work.
Did I buy the wrong lamp? Does it only work with LED bulbs?
Or can I also use other bulbs (if I can find some)?
If we can use regular bulbs: what wattage per bulb would you recommend for the dining table?
Currently, an old lamp with 48W halogen bulbs is installed. It could be a bit brighter, as it is dimmable after all.

Philips offers the SceneSwitch lamps. These can be set to 3 brightness levels without a dimmer by turning the light off and on. They are also available as filament lamps with an E27 socket.

It should not be a problem with "dimmable" LEDs. For example, we also converted our dimmable halogen floor lamp to LED. The light color is almost identical....

If the old dimmer needs to be replaced, be careful:
Some electronic dimmers, such as the Gira LED universal dimmer, require a neutral wire (usually blue insulated) as a third connection (in addition to black and brown) in the flush-mounted box when used with LEDs.

However, it works really well with our LEDs.
We have two of them.

If only it wasn’t so expensive... 80€ for the dimmer insert + 40€ for the touch control plate.

I’m curious whether dimmable LEDs have a shorter lifespan. I have the problem that many LEDs, advertised as "long-lasting," fail prematurely because they are controlled by a timer switch. Does the same apply to dimmers?
