Hello everyone!
We have purchased a triangular plot of land. As if that weren’t complicated enough, there is also a large oak tree that must be considered during the planning. In our initial considerations, it quickly became clear that the floor plan will have an L-shape.
Does anyone here have experience with this type of plot and a correspondingly shaped floor plan? What additional information is needed to get meaningful advice?

No, not final yet.
The architect will come later. I will commission him to draw another design without the garage. Changes will be possible or even necessary anyway. I’m not sure if this one window in the living area is really worth more than 10,000 euros.

What is so appealing about a north-facing window?To be honest: it creates a more pleasant interior space. Additionally, the energy entering the room through that one window immediately escapes through the window opposite.
