Hello,
we have been awarded a plot of land close to the city that has an unusual access path.
The 330sqm (3550 sq ft) plot, facing south, can be built on in the north with a semi-detached house including a garage according to the building envelope. So, the entire access route goes through the "garden."
Do you have examples of such a solution?

I am lacking ideas for this rather unusual orientation.
One advantage of the plot is that it is located in a cul-de-sac – so there is not much traffic.

Annoying building plot... but what else can you do... just a straight access path from the street to the garage. The small garden basically disappears, and that would put me off the property.

What is north of the house? Do you basically end up with a dead spot on the property there? You probably wouldn’t want to have a north-facing terrace just to sit there.

Oh, for me, given the circumstances, that plot of land wouldn’t be suitable at all. You would hardly have any garden left if you also need a large part of it as an access path to the garage.

... I would rather call it "330 sqm (3550 sq ft) small" under these circumstances, because at this size a suitable lot division is not a luxury but almost essential.

Mine is only enough for this: aiming for a shared driveway with the neighbor with whom you share the garage boundary.

But basically – I know this sounds easy said – I would keep looking.

Please draw the house and the garage in more detail. The house seems too small.

Does the garage really need to be that far back?

Is it possible to place a carport directly on the street and omit the garage? This also makes it possible to eliminate the need for a second dark wall.
