Hello forum,
I want to renovate my bathroom (have it done), but it’s incredibly difficult. So far, the companies haven’t presented any good proposals. The window is also problematic, but I am allowed to replace it with a double casement window (approved). One side could be fixed, which would no longer be a major issue.
Maybe someone here in the forum has a brilliant idea? The bathroom needs to include a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The drain for the toilet is at the back right next to the window.
Best regards
Zwusel

hemali200317 Dec 2018 19:01I can imagine a walk-in shower with a depth of 70-80 cm (28-31 inches) and full room width at the top of the plan. The entrance would be from the left (meaning a glass panel 90 cm (35 inches) wide starts at the right wall and ends 70 cm (28 inches) before the left wall). The window is located inside the shower - which I have seen quite often. Because of the tiled floor and the fact that it needs to be squeegeed after showering anyway, the window is quite easily accessible. However, it might also be possible to move it, for example, to the far left corner.
To the right of the shower is the toilet, and at the very front left is the washbasin.

ZwuselSepp17 Dec 2018 19:11Hello everyone,
First of all, many thanks for your numerous suggestions and questions! :-) Unfortunately, I can only respond now.
Regarding the questions raised:
1) Connections are available, but no heating is installed. So far, it has worked quite well without it. The connections are on the right side of the wall and can be relocated if necessary.
2) The existing water connections are on the left. Currently, there is a washbasin in the entrance area and, behind it towards the window, a bathtub.
3) The toilet is located at the back right corner. The sewer connection is also there.
4) The measurements are currently taken including the tiles. The tiles will be removed.
5) At the moment, there is also a washing machine in the room alongside the washbasin, bathtub, and toilet (to the right in front of the toilet). It is very tight, but unfortunately it cannot be avoided. The washing machine will most likely have to remain in the room.
6) This is a condominium / apartment ownership.
