Hi,
We have a large window with a door leading from the living room to the terrace.
Recently, I noticed that when I push or pull on the frame, a small gap appears between the window frame and the silicone seal where it meets the tiles.
Is this normal, or is something wrong?
Here are a few pictures of my "pushing".

It has come loose, yes. But that’s not a problem since the silicone joint is only for aesthetic purposes.
How old is the house?
Silicone joints tend to separate during the drying process of the screed and need to be replaced. It’s possible that they’re starting to crack little by little in your case. This is not covered by the warranty; it should also be stated somewhere in your documents that silicone joints are excluded.
Many builders already point this out in advance and offer to install the joints only after one to two years.

Since it has to be screwed on, I think nothing should move there. Yes, that was my thought as well. Should it be completely rigid, or is a bit of play allowed?
