Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Our scaffolding has been removed, and we are very happy. I would like to share the pictures with you.

Wow, that looks amazing! Like a little gingerbread witch’s house. What does the inside look like, and when is the move-in date?

The drywall installer has finished, and next week the electricians will start. The following week, interior plastering and the underfloor heating will be installed.

Once the gas, water, and electricity connections are in place, we can start heating. Tiling, plumbing, and painting work are scheduled for December. If everything continues to go as planned, we aim to move in by the end of January.

Wow, I hadn’t heard anything about the arches until now. I really like them. Were they an additional feature?

I need to calculate that sometime, as I haven’t yet reviewed all the individual items in the overall summary.

Due to our special requests regarding the masonry, we definitely had to reorder quite a batch of facing bricks. Of course, we ended up with more waste, but this way we still have some bricks left if we want to clothe or decorate something else later on.

Do you not have a screed that needs to dry first, about 6 weeks?
