ᐅ Is Building a Pool Still Worthwhile If There Is Shading from a Neighboring House?

Kafu78Good morning,
I just registered here.
We live in a detached house facing south, with a terrace and land of 300 sqm (3,229 sq ft) on both the east and west sides.
So far, we have had sun until about 7 p.m. in the summer.
Now, buildings are being constructed to the east, west, and in front, including a semi-detached house with an eastern terrace.
Our neighbor’s house is 10 meters (33 feet) from our property boundary.
Does anyone have an idea how much more shade this will cause for us in the summer?
We are currently planning a pool and are wondering if it still makes sense.
Thanks!

The transitional periods are more interesting in this regard.
