Hello,

I had a Town & Country Flair 130 configured, including modifications to the house dimensions. The original size is 10.10 x 9.10 meters (33.14 x 29.86 feet). I adjusted it (without brick cladding) to 9.75 meters (32.0 feet) from gable to gable by 8 meters (26.25 feet) in width/depth, as the building plot allows only 12 x 8 meters (39.37 x 26.25 feet).

Is there anyone who has made changes to the floor plan and could share some inspiration?

The idea is to place the terrace on the west side, adjoining the living and dining areas (oriented from north to south), with the main entrance on the north side.

Thank you very much!
Regards,
André

Home! How nice. Where did you find a building plot there? I can't believe it!

Sorry, I don't know any construction companies in that area either.

Area Meißen, because Dresden and the surrounding region are not affordable.

Has Dresden become so expensive now? I thought places like Bannewitz and the surrounding area were still affordable?

Yes.

Everything is gone, from what I've heard.

That's where we will be moving as well. We were offered plots in Dresden too, but it wasn’t a choice between expensive or a bad location – it was only expensive with a bad location...

I think it's always difficult to find a good location in big cities nowadays. And "expensive" is relative. But Meißen is nice, too.
