ᐅ Placement of House and Garage on an Empty Lot – Any Suggestions?

Hello,
We are currently in the early stages of planning our house. The plot is available but has some special conditions.
Access is from the south via a very narrow road about 2.60 m (8.5 ft) wide.
The house must be placed only behind the “red line.”
Our issue is as follows:
We are unsure whether to position the garage in front of or behind the house.
I have attached the currently preferred option, but I am struggling to find ideas on how to get into the house without getting wet.
We hope you have some helpful suggestions. Unfortunately, we feel like we are going around in circles at the moment.
It seems we have to accept one of two things:
Either a very, very long driveway or a route from the house to the garage that is not sheltered.
Thank you

If the garage can be built there, there is no objection. The driveway is already very long. In any case, any spot as far east as possible is good (just like shown).
Another option could be to position the garage further south – but the downside is that the path from the garage to the house will be longer (although the driveway would be shorter).

Is it allowed to build the garage in front of the red line?
Why not? Is there a lake there???
Just kidding: it doesn’t rain all the time. In 98% of cases, you walk to the door without getting wet. At least I do, and I work five days a week, typical rainy weather.

I have to walk half a kilometer (about a third of a mile) to the garage (unfortunately not on my property, hehe), and I rarely need an umbrella. The weather conditions on the way between the gate and the door are greatly overestimated.

Yes, it is allowed!

Not too far from the house, and driveway length is still acceptable.
The neighbors have their driveway from the north.
