Hello dear community,
Finally, the time has come! We have started planning and now want to move into our own home. My husband, our little daughter, and I are currently considering what would be best for us and have already looked around a bit. We find modern prefabricated houses really interesting. There are some great options, but now we’re wondering -> Do these houses live up to their promises? Does anyone have experience they could share with us or tips on where we can find more information? I would be very grateful for any response.

Häuslebauer201227 Jul 2011 14:29In our experience, the prefabricated house companies reached their limits with our individual requirements, or we would have had to pay impossible amounts. I'll send you a private message with the companies we visited in Mannheim and also at their factory production.
I am quite surprised that the administrators even allow participants like €uro here and do not block them. People who only want to sell their own consulting services and contribute little of value here only harm this forum.
In my firm belief, one can do without the advice of such eccentric individuals.

You should be able to go directly from the master bedroom to the parents' bathroom and from the bathroom to the hallway. We also wanted both kids' bedrooms to have direct access to the children's bathroom, which should also lead to the hallway. Unfortunately, no one could offer us this, except for one provider, who wanted almost 30,000 € more for it. 😕
