Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

After May 2015:

Exactly, that’s also my thought. And the plumber already messed up the water pipes for the external taps, so a bit of supervision might not be a bad idea.

Your children are already using the garage.
Schedule an additional appointment.
The expert told us to call immediately if something doesn’t feel right or if we have any concerns.
Honestly, every time I felt something was off, I was right.
Fortunately, it was always just minor issues. We really worked on the final 5% somehow.

I wonder why the construction manager doesn’t notice it? He is on site all the time, right? Of course, at a construction company the manager works for the firm, but he should still be paying attention...

On the ground floor, we have a raw ceiling height of 2.75 m (9 ft) everywhere. In the home office extension on the right side of the picture, it is 3.5 m (11 ft 6 in).

Best regards
Axel

The garage is in place

Wow – a single garage big enough to fit a Unimog is not something you see every day.

Today – much to our delight – the ceilings of the two extensions were concreted.

Often underestimated, but almost as exciting as concrete slabs.

True, I’m already curious to see the reaction of our concrete slab enthusiast...
