I haven’t had any bad experiences so far. From what you say, it sounds different for you. Or is it about how much an expert charges? If that’s the case... well, no one is forcing you. If you’re not happy with the service in return, you don’t have to go for it.
Personally, I think about 1% of the construction cost is a good investment when you consider how expensive defects or similar issues can become. But everyone has to decide that for themselves.Exactly, everyone has to decide for themselves, so just stay relaxed and don’t take it personally.
