Hello everyone,
I have made a few changes to our floor plan. 00 is the current plan and 01 is my proposed version.
The advantage of 01 is having a window in the kitchen and more space in the utility room. If a covered entrance is desired, that can be added (it does not necessarily have to be a side entrance door from the carport).
What do you think?
Another consideration is the entrance door from the living room, where a sliding door would make the most sense. However, there is a lack of about 17 cm (7 inches) of space for this. There were two suggestions: 1. extend the wardrobe 17 cm (7 inches) into child’s room 1, 2. make the study, utility room, and kitchen 17 cm (7 inches) narrower. I don’t really like either of these options.
Does anyone maybe have a better idea?
Any other suggestions and improvements?
We would really appreciate your opinions.
Best regards

2. The reason for the side entrance door was dirty shoes, but with something like that I would....]Do you know what’s sad?
We have explained to you countless times that this side exit blocks this house plan. You insisted on having it, so the house was designed with this side entrance. I don’t even want to mention the what-ifs and buts, but all the great proposals were dismissed because of the missing side entrance. And now it’s gone. Hopefully, nothing remains but the memory of what could have been 😉

Do you know what is sad? Even sadder is when someone cannot distinguish between a recommendation and a requirement 😉
If it is not done the way you recommended, your further posts become more or less arrogant. I find this attitude to be something other than constructive. The above post is an example of that 😉

If things aren’t done the way you recommended, your further posts tend to sound somewhat arrogant. I find this attitude far from constructive. The above post is an example of that 😉 No, what’s disappointing is that you feel patronized and fail to recognize good advice.
No one here expects thanks for addressing someone else’s problem. But if you can’t appreciate it, maybe try to look at it more objectively [emoji6]

No, it’s sad that you ... can’t recognize the good advice. Let me break down your sentence into intermediate points:
“my advice is always good, and anyone who doesn’t see that is stupid” ;-)
By the way, I don’t feel patronized at all, rather I am describing your hidden/emphasized appeal.
See, another pointless discussion...
Sorry, but I’d rather save myself that.
