We are planning a single-family house with 2 full stories. What do you think of the design?

Solid standard layout. If it were mine, I would remove the small pantry and instead install more large cabinets. The sofa arrangement seems a bit uncomfortable to me – but that definitely depends on personal taste and selection. It’s a pity that the children’s room is located next to the bedroom on the upper floor.
