we are planning a two-family house with 240 sqm (2,583 sq ft) and are considering the following heating options:

with solar system for hot water and heating support
Additional cost €3600 + gas connection fees
We lean towards the Dimplex heat pump because it has better performance values than the Brötje, and gas involves significantly higher additional costs.
However, the Brötje qualifies for a €1500 subsidy because it is modulating.
For the Dimplex, only €1300 (fixed speed) is available.
What is better?
Is my assessment correct, or how would you evaluate this?

Gas too high additional costs I suspect this is mainly due to the solar thermal system. Ask your energy consultant if it is possible to proceed without solar thermal. This might make the choice more difficult.
