Hello, today I had to wait for an hour and only had my notebook with me... so I just doodled a bit.

This is my very first draft of the ground floor, and it probably still has quite a few mistakes.

What I’m curious about is whether there are any major errors here (for example, the staircase?).

North is at the bottom right.

One square represents half a meter (0.5 m / 20 inches).

For me, the dining area belongs close to the island, so about 1.5 meters (5 feet) away and not 5 meters (16 feet). That can hardly be called close.

If you place the dining table more centrally, it’s maybe 2.5 to 3 meters (8 to 10 feet). We would have absolutely no problem with that.

Then I would also have it drawn that way, because you can see whether the table fits well with the door, corner, or window. You can also quickly see how many square meters (square feet) you might be planning unnecessarily.

It’s all on my list of changes, or rather, I want to redraw the entire house so I can move things around quite easily and play around a bit with the furniture.

What annoys me is that there is no decent program for drawing the complete house from the exterior view...

Something completely different regarding cost planning: Would you equip the guest bathroom and similar areas with venetian blinds?

Is the completed house already built here, @MIA_SAN_MIA__?
