I need some advice.
From the start, I wanted an anthracite roof with anthracite windows and front door.
In all the quotes, the windows were always offered with an extra cost of 3000-4000 euros (approximately 3200-4300 USD).
That was too much for us, so I ruled it out.
Then there was the zoning plan that only allowed red to reddish-brown roof tiles.
As a compromise, I agreed on dark brown roof tiles.
Now, however, I have been offered anthracite windows and door for only 1000 euros (about 1070 USD) extra.
I would like to have that.
But does it match with the dark brown roof?

borderpuschl26 Oct 2017 08:00Hi, at first we also wanted brown windows and front door. But later it turned out that it’s not so easy to find matching products for everything else, like the garage door, roller shutter rails, etc. That’s why we switched the windows to anthracite, because almost everything is available in anthracite, usually without extra cost. We chose a red roof as well (also because it’s the only one so far in red in our new development area). I really like the combination now, but of course it’s a matter of personal taste.

borderpuschl26 Oct 2017 08:20The exterior paint is called Kessler Brown 40 from Caparol. However, it has nothing to do with brown. The color appears differently depending on the lighting conditions, ranging from almost white in sunlight to gray when it is overcast.
