Hello, today I had to wait for an hour and only had my notebook with me... so I just doodled a bit.

This is my very first draft of the ground floor, and it probably still has quite a few mistakes.

What I’m curious about is whether there are any major errors here (for example, the staircase?).

North is at the bottom right.

One square represents half a meter (0.5 m / 20 inches).

I understand the part about the beer, but I don’t understand the rest.

Okay, I’m also from Franconia and not Bavaria.

Quite simply, the house would become too large without a basement. The main issue is that there are no private spaces to retreat to when the other person has guests (for example, to watch soccer/football), and currently, we don’t see any solutions without a basement.

The requirement for a forced basement is a mystery for people from Prussia. An extension, shed, or walk-in attic would all be easier. As someone who truly grew up by the coast, I also don’t understand the obsession with beer. Once we finish the first Tuborg, we usually switch to Mische anyway; beer is highly overrated, makes you gain weight, you always have to pee, the cases are very heavy, and Hansen blue makes every woman look better. In the past, there used to be TV rooms of about 8-10 m² (86-108 sq ft) for such purposes.

Simply put, a 20–30 m² (215–320 sq ft) extension costs a significant amount of money, and a walkable attic is not possible with a hipped roof.
And mentioning Tuborg in the same sentence as beer is actually quite cheeky.

Walkable hip roof with a 35-degree pitch, built in 2017 in Schleswig Holstein, designed after enjoying a few cans of beer, constructed with a small addition of Doppelkorn
Attic with wooden beams, railing, and unfinished wooden plank floor.
Fanta mix.
Roof from the outside, it really is a hip roof.
White detached house with red tiled roof; open door, sand pile in front, construction site.
