Hello!
I am planning to build a comfortable prefabricated house, not solid construction and without a basement!

I already have a plot of land and want to have a house built on it, in a rural area, and turnkey!
The total living area should be between 120 m² - 130 m² (about 1290 - 1400 sq ft).
I will take care of painting and installing the flooring myself, except for the bathroom tiles.
Please include items like roller shutters in the cost estimate.
It should have a gable roof and be 1.5 stories high.

The building site is in the second row, so all utility connections are already available at the front house on the property!

For now, I am primarily interested in a cost estimate for a basic standard (I am not looking for luxury but reasonably comfortable), then I can consider extras.

What I would like and would really appreciate is a cost estimate for the house and additionally the ancillary costs. (I have already researched ancillary costs quite thoroughly, but since many connections are already on the property, the extension to my house would only be about 5-10 meters (16-33 feet)).

Greetings from Rhineland-Palatinate

Regarding gas boilers: We have Junkers. Whether it’s J., Viessmann, Buderus, or others, they all work. This is now a fully proven technology. For heat pumps, I see about 90% Junkers here as well, but I believe that’s simply because the four local suppliers all sell Junkers. Karsten

@Karsten I was actually referring to what the company installed in this 140,000 euro house. I imagine they probably didn’t use any well-known manufacturers. Regarding the heating, I can only agree… there isn’t much difference between them… design, price, and minimal quality differences.

Just visit their website; their construction specification is available as a PDF download. If you are genuinely interested, discuss it directly with them. The house won’t actually be available for 140 at the end—that’s just an introductory price. But maybe for 170. Karsten

The built-in Vaillant units! Not a bad manufacturer either.

If you like the concept, please clarify whether Rhineland-Palatinate (RLP) is their jurisdiction.

Well, first we need to see where the actual expertise of the construction companies lies. I hope that the 2-meter (6.5-foot) high wall won't be an obstacle for a 30-meter (98-foot) tall crane. In any case, the walls must be lifted into place through the air. Does anyone here have experience with a similar situation?
