HRG83Hello everyone,
I have a question about the sequence of work. Our shell construction is completed. Is the following process correct, as we are coordinating everything through self-management?
* Windows are ordered
* Utility connections will be installed in week 38
* Insulating the roof
Once windows and doors are installed, then:
* Rough-in electrical/plumbing/heating
* Installing interior window sills
* Interior and exterior plastering
* Screed
* Electrical/heating installation
* Fireplace
* Tiling
* Flooring
When is the ceiling on the upper floor covered with drywall (gypsum board), and when is the attic ladder installed?
Thanks

Conduits are installed. Underfloor heating before the screed is confirmed. The utility connections will be laid next week; although the shell is not yet closed, I have sealed off the technical room in the basement with a construction door for the MSA. That seems to be working. This week, I am insulating the roof/upper floor ceiling, and now the next question arises.
When will the attic ladder be installed? And when are the drywall sheets installed on top—before or after plastering/screed? I cannot leave an opening in the ceiling because the moisture from plastering and screed would rise into the uninsulated attic.
Thanks for the helpful tips.
