ᐅ Any experiences with exterior landscaping in Poland?

Does anyone have experience or can even recommend a Polish company? The reputation for price and quality is reportedly very good, at least from what I’ve heard. Since we are already investing a lot of money into the house, at least the exterior works should be somewhat more affordable (yes, Poland has also become more expensive – but still much cheaper than Germany, as far as I know). Thanks to the building plot near Dresden, it’s not too far either.

Here’s what needs to be done:

~30m² (about 320 ft²) terrace (including approx. 3.5 x 4.5m (11.5 x 15 ft) roofed area)
~50m² (about 540 ft²) wooden carport (approx. 9 x 5.5m (30 x 18 ft), just under the threshold for building permit / planning permission)
~75m² (about 810 ft²) driveway/path paved
~40–100m (130–330 ft) fence with garden gate (1.6–1.8m (5.2–6 ft) chain link fence is sufficient)

Does anyone here have relevant experience? Even if it doesn’t fit exactly, feel free to share your projects and prices with your neighbors here so I can get a sense of the costs. Many thanks!

If it gets too expensive, part of the work could of course be done as DIY. But even then, the price for materials “over there” should be much lower, right?

Carport 3.40 x 8.80m (11 x 29 ft) with storage shed (Brüning carport); only 30m2 (320 ft2) allowed here, cost 4,200

Fence costs very little; you can only save money if you have everything done by one contractor to reduce labor costs.

I will pay 6,500 euros for a carport,
6.30 by 8.00 meters (20.7 by 26.2 feet), all solid connections without angled joints, 16 squared timbers.
With a storage room 3.00 by 3.00 meters (9.8 by 9.8 feet),
right side completely closed with cladding.
Roof made of trapezoidal sheet metal in the desired color. The underside of the roof is also fully clad and painted.
Carport painted in two colors, including construction and concrete work.
I estimate at least 11,000 euros for the same in Germany.

Fence made of double wire mesh panels, 45 meters (148 feet) long, anthracite color, 1.26 meters (4.1 feet) high.
With a gate 1.00 meter (3.3 feet) wide, and a cantilever sliding gate 3.50 meters (11.5 feet) wide with motor drive and photoelectric safety sensor,
intercom system and mailbox for 4,700 euros.

Thanks for the prices! Are those Polish companies? Brüning Carport at least isn’t. I’m surprised how affordable the carport is...
I wouldn’t say “fence doesn’t cost much,” I’ve seen prices here that made me feel sick.

We had budgeted 25,000 for everything, which turns out to be too much. Ideally, we want to spend a maximum of 15,000 (preferably less) and do the rest ourselves.

That sounds really affordable and almost exactly what we are looking for! Carport including concrete — does that mean it comes with a concrete base? Or what exactly is concrete here?

But since you say “I will pay,” you haven’t built it yet? How do you trust the company? It really sounds very attractively priced.
