Hello, we have a walk-in shower and very hard water. Now, limescale has built up in the drain. What is the best way to clean the drain (at the top)?

Exactly... so the "top" part where you step on and can see.

Citric acid powder is often used to descale various kitchen appliances. If not this stuff, then what else?
You can also scrub with half a lemon – that helps, at least with our sink.
