ᐅ Interior walls: masonry or drywall?

We are planning to build soon, and since we only want to build once (we hope so [emoji6]), we wanted to do a bit of the work ourselves.

Now my questions:

We want to build the interior walls of the upper floor ourselves, preferably using masonry!

I was thinking of building one row of Ytong blocks (25-30cm (10-12 inches) thick) per wall first, then having the construction company install the underfloor heating and pour the screed. Once the screed is dry, I would complete building the walls.

What do you think about this idea?

Building masonry directly on the screed is not ideal, right?

Another option would be drywall construction, but we prefer solid masonry walls!

Why do you prefer solid walls?

Since you only want to build once, let the people who know how do it.

Of course, solid walls are better. Sometimes the world is just that simple.

However, the walls should be installed immediately after completing the shell construction, for example, during the roofing process. Before the screed is poured, the plaster needs to be applied, and before that, the rough installation of electrical and plumbing systems must be carried out. I assume you also want electricity, water, and plaster on the interior walls.
