Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a shell house from a well-known manufacturer, who is also responsible for the facade plastering.
The plaster was applied very quickly over the weekend. The scaffolding was set up Friday evening, plastering started Saturday morning, and the crew was gone by around 6 p.m. (including the scaffolding).
I only noticed late in the evening that the plaster on all sides of the house has fine cracks. The cracks are very, very small and only visible if you really focus on them.
Is this still considered normal, or should I file a complaint?
It rained quite heavily at times, and then the sun was strong afterward. Could this possibly be the cause?
Thank you in advance for any helpful responses.
Best regards,
Thomas

Hello,
during the house assembly, the base coat plaster had already been applied to the individual wall panels; only the area between the two floors and all corners where the panels meet were to receive additional base coat plaster. However, this was already 5 weeks ago.
The wall is not going to be painted; it is as white as a wall can be on its own.
