ᐅ Driveway Entrance Intersection Area

Hello everyone,

We are currently planning our plot, but it is located on a corner next to a junction area. According to the local authority, you are not allowed to build a driveway within the junction area. How far away from it do you generally have to be? We have space towards the main road at the front. Are there any regulations about how far from the junction area a driveway must be?

The municipality isn’t very cooperative and provides very little information; the only response is always, “Submit an application, we will review it...”
