I am planning to build a house next year and am already exploring different options. What software can I use to design something like this on my PC?
Best regards

ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Nemetschek, VectorWorks, 2D or 3D. Starting at €5,000 to €7,000 as a base version. Then, practice consistently for 1–2 years while designing and planning 2–3 houses. That leads to pretty good results. Provided, of course, that you know what you want and are capable of implementing it structurally. Expertise in building construction, building physics, structural engineering, and materials science is certainly helpful. A solid understanding of construction and planning law is also very beneficial. I naturally assume a sense of taste, style, and good spatial visualization skills. A certain degree of originality, of course, as well. The cost calculation steps go without saying; I mention them just for the sake of completeness. Well, the rest is really quite simple. It’s hard to imagine, but some people spend years on a so-called “degree” to learn exactly this. Curious, isn’t it!
For PC or Mac?
I have Arcon for PC – it’s no longer available under that name, but if you search online, you can find the same software under a different name. Price range: 100/150 € (approximately $110/$165).
Very good 2D/3D results, short learning curve... still, I agree with @wpic when it comes to creativity, background knowledge, and practical implementation skills.

I don’t think I am capable of designing my house completely on my own, but I believe it can at least give a good overview of what would be nice or what could possibly be left out.
Currently planned is a house for 2 adults, with 2 children in the planning stage!
Ground floor
Closed kitchen (possibly kitchen island)
Living/dining room!
Utility room with access to the garage (it would be good if a wall borders the dining area! I could imagine an aquarium built into it, which could then be cleaned from the utility room!)
Guest bathroom
Upper floor
Bedroom (possibly with walk-in closet)
2 children’s rooms
Bathroom
Second upper floor
Office
Technical room? (Is it possible to have this above the garage?)
Terrace designed so that a conservatory could possibly be added later!
What would be the best way to easily create such plans?
I’m not good with paper!
Best regards, just wanted to try out some options!
