MaJu2016Hello everyone,
I just spoke with the structural builder, and he quoted a price of 90 euros net per cubic meter of enclosed space in Baden-Württemberg.
What do you think about this price? Is it reasonable, or should one try to negotiate? Does anyone have experience with this?
Regards and thanks, MaJu

With a roof, it is very affordable; without a roof, it is still reasonable, based on our contracts.
We paid about 100,000 (gross) for approximately 830 cubic meters including the roof.

Therefore, I find the $90 per cubic meter hard to believe, as we had already searched for quite some time before finding a supplier that was reasonable in terms of quality and price. Surely, companies like Heinz von Heiden or similar can offer lower prices than ours, but if you exclude the low-cost providers, ours was quite affordable (in our area).

In addition, we had built with calcium silicate bricks. I can’t say whether the insulation was included with the facade and plaster or in the structural work. In any case, it is not completely out of the ordinary; our contract was signed over 3 years ago, and everything is becoming more expensive...
