Hello dear forum members,

we are planning to build a prefab house soon. Unfortunately, choosing the right builder is proving to be very difficult. It would certainly be easier for us if we could briefly visit a real (not a show) prefab house (older models are also fine) and have a short exchange of experiences with the owners.

So, to keep it short and simple:

We are Yasin, 2.5 years old, baby daughter Aylin, 7 months, and mom and dad. We would be happy to stop by and visit you briefly (we will also bring cake :-) ). We live in Wiesbaden, and the house should be within a 50 km (31 miles) radius.

Best regards,

Aylin, Yasin, and Mom/Dad

Hello – Greetings to Wiesbaden,
at Massa Haus you can also attend house positioning appointments or take advantage of an "open house day" to talk directly with the homeowner and have a look inside the house. I think this is the right first step.

Best regards

The same applies to Hanse Haus (headquarters: Bad Brückenau, Oberleichtersbach/Bavaria)

How can the Hanse House be located in Bavaria? -.-
I feel like my North German Hanseatic pride has been hurt 😀

@BeHaElJa
That was definitely not my intention 😉
We also discussed with our consultant how HANSE houses come to Bavaria 😀
Interesting company history.

We also talked with our advisor about how HANSE houses ended up in Bavaria 😀
Interesting company history.

That’s actually true.

This company is also represented in the prefab home area in Wuppertal.

Nice property.

There are competent people there who spent almost 2 hours talking with me, even though I had already bought another house at the time and made that clear at the start of the conversation. By the way, a company from Frankenberg/Eder did exactly the same. That’s good style!!

It gave me wonderful inspiration—there is a water feature in the entrance area, a glass wall from floor to ceiling on the upper floor. I will never forget it; it’s simply stunning. If I ever have too much money and time, I will install something similar on a smaller scale.

One of my new neighbors, who has since become one of my best friends, built a Hanse house. He is very satisfied, and personally, I think his house is really great and truly impressive.
